Who is Margaux Bellfort?

Margaux Bellfort is the Microschool Operator Steward at KOYDO LLC. Her remit is the operator-facing surface area of the Koydo Microschool OS: the admin console, the compliance pack queue, the parent and teacher portals, the seat-license entitlement matrix, the multi-tenant Supabase row-level-security pattern, and the pricing-and-compliance research page that underpins every operator-facing claim Koydo makes in public. She is the named editor on the /microschool surfaces and the named author on the launch-set blog posts that address microschool operators directly.

Her editorial work draws on the field patterns Koydo's research team has documented through operator interviews, pilot deployments across Texas and California, and the structured-interview cohort that informed the four-state launch compliance pack (Texas, California, Florida, New York). The thesis behind the Koydo Microschool OS — that the moat is the integrated operating layer rather than any single binary — was ratified out of repeated field observation: every microschool founder Koydo has interviewed runs into the same integration tax in the first quarter, stitching together five-to-eight tools (LMS, gradebook, attendance, portfolio generator, family communications, payments, scheduling, parent app) that were never designed to compose.
