Account and Data Deletion
You can delete your account directly inside Koydo or request help from Family Help.
Delete in the app
- Sign in to your account.
- Open Account.
- Complete the family verification step.
- Use the Delete Account section and confirm with DELETE.
Deletion requests are soft-deleted immediately and permanently purged after a 30-day grace period.
Delete with Family Help
If you cannot access your account, contact Family Help and include the email used for your account.
