Official Rules

Eligibility

• Open to legal residents of the 50 United States and District of Columbia.
• No purchase necessary to enter or win.
• Free tier accounts are fully eligible. No purchase or paid subscription required.
• Children under 13: a parent or guardian must enter on their behalf (COPPA).
• A person can only win once per 90-day period across all categories.

Prizes

• Categories 1-5: Amazon Fire HD 10 tablet (approximate retail value 50).
• Category 6 (Community Champion): iPad 10th generation (approximate retail value 50).
• Total annual prize value: approximately ,800 (under ,000 state registration threshold).
• Award cycles run every 60 days. Winners may only win once per 90 days across all categories.

Categories & Drawing Methods

1. Lucky Learner: Complete 5 lessons. Random draw. Prize: Fire HD 10.
2. Streak Champion: Achieve a 20-day learning streak. Random draw. Prize: Fire HD 10.
3. Explorer Badge: Complete 1 lesson in 4+ subject areas. Random draw. Prize: Fire HD 10.
4. Study Buddy: Refer friends (max 10 entries). Weighted draw. Prize: Fire HD 10.
5. Challenge Star: Score 80%+ on 3 Daily Challenges. Random draw. Prize: Fire HD 10.
6. Community Champion: Teacher/partner with 3+ learners, 50 collective lessons. Panel judged. Prize: iPad 10th gen.

Winner notification

Selected winners are notified by email and in-app message within seven (7) days of the cycle drawing. Winners must claim their prize by responding to the notification within fourteen (14) days, or an alternate winner will be selected.

Alternate winner

If a selected winner does not claim a prize within fourteen (14) days of notification, is unable to provide a U.S. shipping address, or is found ineligible, the Sponsor will draw an alternate winner from the remaining eligible entries for that category.

Prize substitution

The Sponsor reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value if a listed prize becomes unavailable. Prize models, colors, and configurations may vary. Prizes are non-transferable and have no cash value.

Dispute resolution

Any dispute arising out of or relating to this program will be resolved by binding individual arbitration administered under the rules of the American Arbitration Association. Class actions and jury trials are waived. Choice of law: Delaware.

General Conditions

• Koydo reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel the Spark Awards at any time.
• Winners are responsible for all applicable taxes on prizes.
• Void where prohibited by law.
• Any disputes will be resolved under the laws of the State of Minnesota.
