Koydo does not offer a pass, score, improvement, or learning-outcome guarantee for any app, subscription, or institutional program. Refund eligibility is governed only by Koydo's published refund policy and is never conditional on an academic result.
Is there a live teacher?
No scheduled class. Koydo is self-paced with a tutor available on demand, which is the trade a family makes to study at whatever hour is genuinely free.
Which exams are covered?

Our children are in different school years. Does one plan really cover both?
