Koydo Microschool OS
Koydo Microschool OS is an annual seat license that turns a microschool into a working Koydo school. One seat unlocks every K-12 Koydo binary — Sprouts (ages 3-5), Junior (5-8), Kids (8-11), Tweens (11-14), Teens (14-18), Homeschool (mixed ages), and Moonlit (cross-age bedtime) — plus the Parent and Teacher apps and the admin console. Four annual tiers ship at launch: Starter ($360 per seat per year, 6-24 seats, $1,200 platform fee), Standard ($300 per seat, 25-60 seats, $1,800), Co-op ($240 per seat, 6-24 seats, no central console), and Pro ($360 per seat, 25-200 seats, $3,000). Compliance packs cover Texas, California, Florida, and New York at launch; the Compliance Advanced add-on covers the remaining United States and Canadian provinces for a flat $600 per year per microschool. KOYDO LLC (Wylie, Texas) is the merchant of record on every invoice; parents never pay Koydo directly. Minimum six seats. No trials, no founding-customer offers, no introductory rates.

Companion threads through every binary. A student moving from Kids to Tweens keeps their Companion arc. Streaks survive a Friday-to-Sunday gap because Moonlit catches them on Sunday night.

Each seat is bound to one student identity. Seats unlock every binary on the K-12 ladder, plus the Parent app for the family-of-record. Transfers preserve Companion state.
Teachers build classes from the roster, set the method-of-the-week, run attendance, and review portfolios through the Teacher app. The Method Library cites the evidence behind each method.
The compliance dashboard generates a quarterly TX, CA, FL, or NY pack as PDF plus JSON. Parents see "your state was filed for the quarter" in their app once the export lands.

Launch states are TX, CA, FL, and NY. Each export is a generated PDF plus machine-readable JSON, queued from the admin console and surfaced in the Parent app once filed.
All 50 states plus Canadian provinces are available via the Compliance Advanced add-on for a flat $600/year per microschool. Templates are Koydo-original; we do not republish state forms. No. One Koydo identity per student. The seat license unlocks every K-12 binary for that one identity, and Companion progression follows the student across binaries.
Yes for rosters (CSV import in the admin console). Progress history from third-party tools is not imported — Companion starts fresh per student. Portfolios you already have can be uploaded as PDFs.
Students keep their Koydo identity. Their Companion progression travels with them on a personal Koydo account. Microschool-scoped data (rolls, portfolios, class history) exports as JSON and PDF on request.
Yes. If a student moves to another microschool that licenses Koydo, the operator transfers the seat and the Companion arc is preserved.
They are included with every seat license. Parents do not need a seat — the Parent app is family-of-record only. Teacher seats are not metered against your student seat count.
Compliance Advanced add-on covers all 50 states and Canadian provinces for a flat $600/year per microschool. Without that add-on you can still export a JSON ledger and PDF portfolio per student.
